Guidelines engineers are fully trained to a minimum of either NVQ3 or 4 standard and are complemented by experienced supervisors, managers and customer care staff, all equipped to ensure communication flows efficiently and effectively between engineer, office and client.
The Guideline Eco-Life planned preventative maintenance programs enable you to choose the most appropriate contract to suit both your needs and budget.

In accordance with our recent accreditation by BSI to the latest Environmental Standard - ISO 14001, all of our maintenance contracts are designed with the environment in mind.
We utilise "Green" products such as bio-degradable oils and cleaning substances, recycled cloths, and natural granules as well as offering low energy alternatives to your current lift installation.
Our service engineers drive LPG vehicles and are equipped with SatNav devices to enable speedy and fuel efficient response.
All engineers are equipped with PDA's to achieve immediate uploading of paperless dockets and reports into our web based reporting system GEMS for immediate viewing by our clients.
All of our maintenance contracts incorporate essential health & safety processes and procedures and are designed to reduce callouts and improve the life and reliability of your equipment.
